Shipping & Returns

We carefully pack and priority ship orders within 2 business days. Most customers receive their products within 3-5 days after ordering and will receive a tracking number when shipped. Once it has left our shipping department, it is in the hands of the post office.
 

We offer US free shipping on orders over $100.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. If something went wrong or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within seven (7) days to hello@honestelderberryco.com.
